1. The service

FoodAddis provides restaurant websites, menu, ordering, reservation, staff, operations, theme, and subscription tools. Features depend on the selected plan and configured payment or messaging providers.

2. Restaurant responsibility

The restaurant is responsible for lawful content, menu accuracy, prices, taxes, fulfillment, refunds, staff permissions, and protecting its credentials. It must have the rights to uploaded images and customer data.

3. Availability and billing

Trials and paid subscriptions may be limited, suspended, or cancelled under the plan terms. Third-party services and internet connectivity can affect availability. Fees and renewal dates are shown before payment.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for fraud, illegal goods, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, or infringement. Do not attempt to access another restaurant’s workspace or bypass service limits.

5. Data and termination

Restaurants retain ownership of their business content. They may export data and request deletion from account settings. Legal, security, payment, and backup records may be retained where required.
